Obituary of Stanley J Kalicki

Our beloved Stanley John Kalicki passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2023.

Stanley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 25, 1941. He attended Temple University and earned his MBA in Arizona. One of Stanley's greatest joys was traveling the world including his favorite places to journey to, Africa and Argentina.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Stanley was a skillful gamesman. He also enjoed reading history and economics books and his beloved Wall Street Journal. Stanley is survived by his partner of forty years, Inge Ferry. Together they built a life full of love, laughter and travel, spending months traveling the globe and weekends at their Northern Pennsylvania cottage before moving to Florida. 

In Florida, Stanley's greatest pleasures were working in his vegetable garden and enjoying afternoons in the sun.

Stanley was a surrogate father to Inge's children, Ingrid Torchia and Karl Ferry. He was a beloved and adored grandfather to Cecelia, Amnanda and Chloe Torchia, and Nick, Lizzy and Zack Ferry. He was also a great grandfather to Felix Ferry, and Henley and Miler Rutherford. To make the circle of life complete, Miller was born on Stanley's birthday earlier this year. 

In lieu of a memorial services, Stanley requested that donations be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation Society. 

A celebration of life will be held in the near future.
