Obituary of Frank Jarvis

Frank E. Jarvis(84) of Uniontown, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 6, 2023 with his daughter Karen by his side. Frank was the BEST FATHER AND PAPA EVER!!  Quoted by Frank: “I LIVED MY LIFE EXACTLY HOW I WANTED TOO!”

Frank was born to Virgil and Mary on January 31, 1939 in Comas, West Virginia, Frank served in the Military (Marines), Frank retired at the age of 55 as a local truck driver for Roadway Express, and he was a lifelong member of Teamster Local # 24   .  Frank had a passion for fishing, hunting, and Harley Davidson Motorcycles(he rode for 51 years).

Prior to Frank’s(Papa’s) passing, his grandson Jesse asked him, how are you doing Papa?  Papa’s (Frank’s) response was “I AM”.  Jesse said to him, you know God said that to Moses.  His response to Jesse was, “Who do you think told me”. 

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM:

And he said , Thus shalt thou say unto the

Children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

Exodus 3:14

Frank is survived by his children:  Cathy, Janet, Karen and Frank(Alisha), and his grandchildren: Sammie Jo(Jonathan), Scoti(Courtney), Robby, Jesse, Jacob, Kyla, and Dezirae,  and 14 great grandchildren, and a favorite cousin Frank. He was loved by all!!

Frank is proceeded in death by his parents: Mary and Virgil; his siblings: Betty, Geraldine, and Leonard; his son: Donnie, and grandson: Dustin

Frank’s wishes to not have any Memorial Services. His wish for you to donate to a Charity of Choice, in lieu of flowers.
