Obituary of Gordon Regan

Gordon E. Regan Jr., 70, of Land O Lakes, FL, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 in the care of Gulfside Hospice. Born on December 3, 1952 in Memphis, TN. He was the oldest of three sons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy V. Regan and Gordon E Sr. Gordon is survived by his wife, Carol J. Regan, his brothers David and Robert Regan; niece Savannah Regan, nephews Harrison and Brandon Regan. Also step daughters Audrey Gillis (Jim), Jodi Hatfield (Jamey, 7 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren. Gordon was a graduate of Chamblee High School in Chamblee, GA. He received his BBA from Emory University and his MBA from LSU. He was recruited by Conoco Inc Houston, TX which started his long career in the energy business. He went on to work for Amerigas Propane in King of Prussia, PA. He founded his own business Propane Partners in Atlanta, GA and Regan Enterprises in Tampa, FL. He was a true and loyal fan of LSU. He was a member of the Forever LSU Foundation and Tiger Athletics Foundation. He was also a member of the National Propane Gas Association and served on several committees and attended conferences in major cities. He loved traveling, cooking and tailgating at LSU with family and friends and loved his faithful dog Mandie. A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
