Obituary of Carol Elizabeth Scarborough
Carol Elizabeth Scarborough, 68, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away on January 22, 2023. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to the Tampa, Florida area in 1996.
She worked as an executive assistant at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Earth Grains, St. Leo University, and Coca-Cola until her retirement. She was a member of Catholic faith and enjoyed doing charitable work with several organizations including The Boys and Girls Club, March of Dimes, and the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch. Carol enjoyed going to the beach and she was an avid reader. Spending time with her friends and family was her favorite past time. She would always make comfort food for them. Being a grandmother to her three grandchildren was the joy of her life.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Ronald Scarborough. Their two children: Desiree (Mark) Clark and Christopher (Ashley) Scarborough. Her three grandchildren: Amber and Aubrey Clark as well as Asher Scarborough. And her sister, Barbara (Kent) Kimsey.
