To Chip's family - First and foremost Chip was a Thalia boy growing up in Va Beach.
Avid Reader he was - i wonder who has his collection of comic books.
Could anyone beat him at Monopoly?
Chip would have been a great football prayer if he had not blown out his knee playing tackle football (no football gear) in the Stroud's yard before the age of 10.
I often drive by the house where Chip lived before heading off to UVA and the one thing i will never forget was the family chihuahua - a door bell was not needed and you were safe once you got into Chip's bedroom.
His mom and my mom were very good friends and as long as one would approve our plan to do something the other would always agree. They never knew the day we hitched hiked from Thalia to down town Norfolk!.
Chip was one of the smartest people i knew.
God Bless all his family and GO HOOS
