Obituary of Maggy Stoddard

Margareth “Maggy” R. Stoddard, 65 of Spring Hill, Florida passed away April 21, 2020. She was born in Port-A-Prince, Haiti in 1954 and moved to Manhattan in 1963, California in 1987 and finally to Florida in 2012. She was an account specialist for an electric company, a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church and enjoyed reading, salsa dancing and especially gatherings with family and friends. Maggy is survived by her loving and devoted husband of over 47 years, Wesley; her son and daughter-in-law Patrick (Zola) Stoddard; daughter and son-in-law, Ingrid and David Marcel; her mother, Clemence Celifie; her brother, Frantz Celifie and sister, Gina Owens. Also surviving are her grandsons, Erick, Reggie and Myles. She was predeceased by her father, Gerard Celifie. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 1-3 pm at Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O’Lakes Blvd. Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34639. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Monday, April 27 at 10:30 am. Unfortunately, due to legal limitations that have been set, the Funeral Mass will be private.
