Obituary of Roger Uhr

Roger D. Uhr, 88 of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. He was born in Frost, Minnesota and moved to Florida in 1993. He was an honorably discharged US Army veteran, a high school math teacher, and enjoyed tennis, pool, swimming, family games, ping pong and Big Band music. Roger was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his daughters, Lori Uhr of Stillwater, MN. And Mindy (Kurt) Schiller of Tampa, FL. and his beloved granddaughter, Megan Schiller. Roger was predeceased by his wife, Janet Uhr. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
