Obituary of Betsy Marie Dilimone

Betsy (Marie) Dilimone, 86, of Lutz, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 21, 2021. She was born in Buffalo, New York on April 8, 1934. She was the wife of a military husband (Retired Air Force) and upon his retirement, made Florida their permanent home. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Dilimone; son, Robert Dilimone; 2 granddaughters, Danielle and Leah Dilimone. She was predeceased by her son, Joey in 2019.

Betsy was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church where she was a member of the “Teddy Bear Club”, enjoyed traveling, playing Mahjong and other various games and spending time with her family.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 27 from 5-7 o’clock pm at Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O’Lakes Blvd. Land O’Lakes, Florida 34639. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 28 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church with burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery.
